GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
These General Conditions have as their object and govern the mere execution of purchases made by customers at the site www.styliafoe.com (the "Site"). Styliafoe S.r.l. (hereinafter also just "Styliafoe" or "Seller") is the subject, which carries out as its main activity, that of the wholesale trade of clothing items for men, women and children, and which offers these products through the Site, only to legal entities, and with a VAT number (for European companies), which, to access it, must specifically register. Styliafoe reserves the right to modify, at any time and without notice, the content of these General Conditions of sale as often as it deems appropriate. Any new General Conditions of sale will be considered in force and effective from the date of publication on www.styliafoe.com.
METHOD OF PURCHASE AND CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
To purchase the products on www.styliafoe.com, the customer, after registering on the Site, must fill in the order form (from now on, even if only, "Order") in electronic format and send it to Styliafoe, for electronically, following the relative instructions.
The order contains:
- a reference to these General Sales Conditions;
- information and images of each product and its price;
- the means of payment that the customer can use;
- the methods of delivery of the purchased goods and the relative shipping and delivery costs.
The products are sold to the customer identified by the data entered when completing and sending the order form in electronic format with simultaneous acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale. As soon as the Order is received, Styliafoe will send, by e-mail, a confirmation of the same, containing a summary of the purchase information. Before sending the order confirmation, Styliafoe has the possibility to request further information by e-mail or by phone, with reference to the Order sent. The contract can be considered concluded only upon receipt, by Styliafoe and in the manner indicated below, of the payment of the goods. Once the contract is concluded, Styliafoe will process the purchase order. WARRANTIES AND SALE PRICES
The products offered for sale on www.styliafoe.com are all first choice, or alternatively of a lower grade, when highlighted in the description, authentic and purchased from suppliers selected for their reliability and quality. The products for sale are not used, irregular or of lower quality standards than the stock market (unless specifically indicated) (check on FAQ : “I have received the goods, but I have items that do not conform to the order“ ) . For each article there is a description and / or an image. Any deferral of images and colors from reality may depend on the browser used for navigation and / or the monitor. Unless otherwise indicated in writing, all product prices and shipping and delivery costs indicated on the Site and in the Order are to be considered exempt from VAT and expressed in Euros. The validity of the prices indicated is always and only that indicated on the website www.styliafoe.com at the time the Order is sent. The prices of the goods and the shipping and delivery costs may vary without prior notice.
UNAVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
If for any reason the products for sale on www.styliafoe.com are no longer available, Styliafoe will take care to inform the customer of any unavailability within 48 hours after sending the Order. Styliafoe will also propose an alternative if available. In the event of the absence of alternatives and / or the customer's refusal to the proposed alternative, Styliafoe will take care of reimbursing the amount paid or deducting the credit generated by the next purchase. PAYMENT METHODS
For the payment of the price of the products and the relative shipping and delivery costs, the customer can follow one of the methods indicated below: Credit cards and prepaid cards: for online orders on the website www.styliafoe.com, Styliafoe accepts both credit card payments and prepaid cards (for example, PostePay), also linked to a PayPal account. It is understood that the customer must hold a valid credit card when ordering the products purchased online. In the absence of these conditions, it will not be possible to proceed with the order. Bank transfer. The customer can pay for his order quickly and securely using the home banking system, so that the amount will be charged directly to the relevant current account. It is specified that at no time during the purchase procedure is Styliafoe able to know the information relating to the customer's credit card (for example, the credit card number or the date of its expiry), transmitted via connection protected by encrypted protocol directly to the website of the person managing the electronic payment (bank or PayPal). No Styliafoe computer archive will keep such data. In no case can Styliafoe be held responsible for any fraudulent and improper use of credit and prepaid cards by third parties.

APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The General Conditions of Sale of the www.styliafoe.com site are governed by current Italian legislation. In the event of disputes between Styliafoe and the customer, the competent court will be, exclusively, that of Rome.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
In case of defects or faults, non-conformity, the buyer has the right to return, upon timely notification of the defect to be sent to Styliafoe, by e-mail to info@styliafoe.com, within 8 days from the date of delivery of the garments, with attached photographic reproductions of the defects found as well as description as well as the invoice of the garments. In such cases, Styliafoe will take care of the collection of the goods at its own expense. The buyer, on the other hand, can choose between being reimbursed, buying different items, or, upon recognition of a discount to be agreed, withholding the spoiled items. It should be noted that, following the aforementioned communication, Styliafoe reserves the right to test the defects of the products at the time of return and to charge the customer, in case of contradiction to the truth or the absence of defects in the goods, all costs incurred related to the made. Styliafoe also grants the right to return goods to buyers who wish, for any reason, to return the items purchased. In this case, to request the return, the buyer must send Styliafoe a communication via e-mail to info@styliafoe.com, within 48 hours from the date of delivery of the garments. All shipping costs, in this case, will be borne by the buyer, who, after returning the goods, will be entitled to a credit that can be spent on the Styliafoe.com site in the following two months. It is also specified that Styliafoe will accept the return only if the garments are returned to you wrapped / labeled / packaged as they were delivered to the buyer.
MINIMUM ORDER
The first order requires a minimum amount of € 200.00. From the second order onwards the minimum order is € 300.00.
What are the Imperfects?
Imperfects is a non-primary item that has minor defects in the packaging or in the quality of the fabric, without limiting its fitting. Styliafoe has created this section to offer the customer the opportunity to buy items still saleable at extremely advantageous prices.
Can I return an item Imperfects?
Styliafoe accepts returns even in case of Imperfects. If an item does not meet your expectations, you can return it within eight days of receiving the goods. The shipping is charged to the customer. You must immediately send an email to logistica@styliafoe.com with the object "Return request for order n instead (order number)" indicating which items you want to return.
What does "non-compliant" Imperfect mean?
For non-compliance of an item Imperfects means an item sent in a different size or color, or a completely different article. Once you have received the item and verified the discrepancy, you will have the opportunity to keep a credit valid for 24 months, in further purchases. It is very important to make the item in the same conditions in which it was received. Returns will not be accepted if the goods are found to be without tag, used, worn.
