Goods that match the order but are not wanted can be returned within 8 days with shipping paid by the customer and a credit valid for 24 months. Imperfect
Not first-choice items, with small defects in the packaging or fabric that do not affect wearability.
What is not considered a defect. Small spots, folding or ironing marks and small amounts of glue between upper and sole on footwear are part of the nature of stock and do not entitle you to a return. If you need a stricter check, our logistics partner performs an additional quality check at 0.50 € per item.
