Reserved for trade operators. Italian companies need an active VAT number; EU companies with a VIES-registered VAT number buy VAT-exempt.

Minimum 200 € on the first purchase, 500 € from the second onwards. Items stay reserved in the cart for 30 minutes, then become available again.

Payment
PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) or bank transfer. The order is confirmed once payment is received.

Shipping
Average handling and shipping time of 48 hours from payment, with a tracking number by email. Warehouse pick-up available.

Yes. All products are purchased directly from the parent company or from companies linked to it and authorised to sell. Every sale comes with a full invoice and complete traceability of the goods.
Why are prices hidden without registration?
Styliafoe is a B2B site reserved for trade operators: registration protects the conditions reserved for customers. After registering, prices and availability are visible across the whole catalogue.
Is there a minimum order?
The first purchase has a 200 € minimum. From the second order onwards the minimum is 500 €. There is no minimum per item or per size: you can buy even a single piece of a style to complete your assortment.
Can I see the whole HACKETT warehouse online?
No. Only part of the available warehouse is published online. Mixed lots, grade B goods and batches with large minimum quantities are bought by contacting customer care directly.

Goods that do not match the order must be reported within 8 days of receipt; the return is at Styliafoe's expense, with a refund or a credit valid for 24 months. Goods that match the order but are not wanted can be returned within 8 days with shipping paid by the customer and a credit valid for 24 months. ALL IN A BOX lots cannot be returned or exchanged: they are sold "as seen".

New, shop return, imperfect: what really changes
Off-price stock is not second-choice goods, but it is not boutique goods either. These are the three conditions you will find in the HACKETT catalogue and how to tell them apart before ordering.
Shop return
Stock that comes from shops' unsold items: it may show slight defects or signs of use. The condition is always stated on the product page.
Imperfect
Not first-choice items, with small defects in the packaging or fabric that do not affect wearability.
What is not considered a defect. Small spots, folding or ironing marks and small amounts of glue between upper and sole on footwear are part of the nature of stock and do not entitle you to a return. If you need a stricter check, our logistics partner performs an additional quality check at 0.50 € per item.
Goods that do not match the order, i.e. a different size or colour from the one purchased: report them within 8 days of receipt with photos of the problem. The return is at Styliafoe's expense, with a refund or a credit valid for 24 months.
