Goods that match the order but are not wanted can be returned within 8 days with shipping paid by the customer and a credit valid for 24 months. ALL IN A BOX lots cannot be returned or exchanged: they are sold "as seen".

Off-price stock is not second-choice goods, but it is not boutique goods either. These are the three conditions you will find in the BOTTEGA VENETA catalogue and how to tell them apart before ordering.

Imperfect
Not first-choice items, with small defects in the packaging or fabric that do not affect wearability.
