ALL IN A BOX lots cannot be returned or exchanged: they are sold "as seen".

Off-price stock is not second-choice goods, but it is not boutique goods either. These are the three conditions you will find in the KARL LAGERFELD catalogue and how to tell them apart before ordering.

Stock that comes from shops' unsold items: it may show slight defects or signs of use. The condition is always stated on the product page.
Imperfect
Not first-choice items, with small defects in the packaging or fabric that do not affect wearability.
